At Blackdrop, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
- If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@theblackdrop.in within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at help@theblackdrop.in with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Package the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.
