Return Policy for Spanish Tailor

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- The item(s) must be in their original packaging, including tags and any accompanying materials.
- The item(s) must not be customized or personalized in any way.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: support@theblackdrop.in or call +91-8579900767 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
Return the Item(s): Package the item(s) securely and send them back to the address provided. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Return Processing and Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly provide you with a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering the return shipping fees.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request based on product availability. If an exchange is not possible, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order.
