Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – available on select items/locations.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over INR 500
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
International Shipping
- We ship to select countries in India.
- Delivery times for international orders vary by destination (typically 5–10 business days).
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
- Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
- Blackdrop is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, reshipping costs may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@theblackdrop.in within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you.
